However, not only do we want to find great discount tack deals, but when you're on a budget, one of the hardest things is to decide what you really need! Obviously, if money were no object you may decide to buy bridles, saddles, rugs and boots for every possible occasion, whether or not you can realistically foresee yourself competing internationally. Have you heard that saying: ‘All the gear, no idea’?! Not wishing to be rude, but we’ve all seen those people that have the latest trend in everything equestrian, but that can’t or don’t actually ‘do’ anything. Of course, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with having all the latest gear if you can afford it, all I’m saying is that you shouldn’t feel that you need to have it all to either ‘fit in’ or to enjoy your horse. The important thing is that can you have the correct equipment to allow you to enjoy your horse safely.
